Chandler couple killed in San Diego bridge crash

SAN DIEGO (KSAZ) - Family members tell FOX 10 that Cruz and Anna-Marie Contreras were visiting a motorcycle festival in San Diego's Chicano Park when a truck rolled off the Coronado Bridge and hit them and two other people.

All four people were killed and police say the 25-year-old driver of the truck is hospitalized and may have been under the influence. Investigators say the driver is a Navy serviceman and was on-duty at the time of the crash.

Family members say Cruz and Anna-Marie were married for 35 years and were beloved grandparents.
