Colder weather not stopping people from enjoying outdoor activities in the Valley

PHOENIX (FOX 10) - Despite temperatures dropping in the Valley, Encanto Park was still full of people this weekend looking to enjoy the weather before the heat comes. Fox 10's Jennifer Martinez has the story.
