Demonstrators protest President-Elect Trump in St. Paul, Minn.

A large group of people protesting President-Elect Donald Trump are marching through downtown St. Paul, Minnesota.

The protest started at the Capitol and protesters then started moving along the surrounding streets, according to St. Paul police. There were about 300 people participating in the protest at one point.

Similar protests took place in Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Portland and Washington, D.C. on Wednesday night.
