Drone Zone: Taking a look at the Meteor Crater
NEAR WINSLOW, Ariz. (FOX 10) -- Meteor Crater, located about 36 miles east of Flagstaff and 18 miles west of Winslow, is one of Northern Arizona's well-known spots.
The crater is said to be one of the best preserved impact craters in the world, and it was created about 50,000 years ago, when a meteorite 160 feet across slammed into the Earth. Now, it is a privately run RV park.
SkyFOX drone got a special look of the crater.
