Early-morning fire destroys home in Chandler

CHANDLER, Ariz. - Three people were uninjured when an early-morning fire destroyed a home in Chandler.

Firefighters say a woman, her son and his friend made it out safely when a fire broke out at the home near Lindsay and Riggs Roads.

Crews from the Chandler and Gilbert Fire Departments responded to the scene to put out the fire.

The home is considered to be a total loss.
