Easter spending expected to top 13-year record
PHOENIX (KSAZ) - The Easter Bunny will be spending more money this year, according to the National Retail Federation Easter spending will hit a 13-year-high, $17.3 billion. That's about $146 per person with most of the money being spent on food, clothes, gifts, and then candy.
That's a lot of chocolate Easter bunnies in easter baskets on Sunday morning and a lot of them will be coming from a local candy shop, Cerettas.
