Football fans gather for Cactus Bowl in Downtown Phoenix

Football fans flocked to Downtown Phoenix Tuesday, for the Cactus Bowl that was scheduled to take place at Chase Field.

For 2017's Cactus Bowl, the Kansas State Wildcats took on the UCLA Bruins. FOX 10's Matt Galka reports.
