Man’s body found at Phoenix’s Washington Park, police investigating

A man's death is being investigated after he was found inside a Phoenix park on Dec. 5.

PHOENIX - Phoenix Police are investigating after a body was discovered in a city park in the early hours of Saturday, Dec. 5.

The man's body was found near 23rd and Glendale avenues at Washington Park.

Police say there are obvious signs of trauma. The victim was identified as 22-year-old Nestor Magana.

There's no information on the victim's cause of death.
