Person accidentally texts police to 'smoke,' officer hilariously responds

GULFPORT, Miss. - A Mississippi officer decided to have some fun after someone inadvertently texted him about "smoking."
The Gulfport Police department shared a text exchange between a person believed to have been chatting with a friend, but instead it was an officer.
The conversation started with the unidentified person shortly after 10 p.m. local time last week.
Person: Yo
Officer: Sup
Person: Wyd (What are you doing?)
Officer: Chillin hbu (How about you?)
Person: Wanna smoke
Officer: Smoke?
Several students treated for possible 'cannabis overdose' at California middle school
Ten students were treated for a possible overdose at a middle school in the San Fernando Valley, according to investigators. FOX 11 LA's Gigi Graciette spoke live from the scene with LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow.

Officer: I don't think I'll be able to smoke with you
Person: Bruh we smoke all the time
Officer: I think you have the wrong number
Person: Bruh stop cappin
Officer: *sends selfie holding a police badge* No cap
According to Urban Dictionary, "cappin" means to say something that isn't true.
The person didn't reply to the officer's selfie. The department did not share the person's number.,
"Pro tip: Before you send the text, double-check the number," the department said in a Facebook post. "Nothing like a wrong number text to really spice up someone's day."
