PD: Body found by hiker on South Mountain in Phoenix
PHOENIX - Phoenix Police are investigating after a body was found by a hiker on South Mountain.
Police say a person taking a hike on Geronimo Trail South Mountain near 21st Street and Beth Drive notified authorities of a body of a dead man.
Officers are working on recovering the body.
Police say this will be a death investigation. No further details have been released at this time.
