PD: Pedestrian killed on I-17 in Phoenix

PHOENIX - Phoenix Police are investigating a crash after a pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle on Interstate 17 in Phoenix. 

The crash happened Saturday night causing the freeway to shut down at Glendale Avenue. 

No details have been released as to what led up to the crash.
