Police investigate officer-involved shooting

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Phoenix Police say a 36-year-old man was killed after being shot by one of their officers.

Officers were looking for a man wanted on felony warrant at the home near 36th Avenue and McDowell.

The officers say they saw something in the subjects hands, they gave commands, and felt threatened so they opened fire.

None of the officers were injured, the suspect died at the scene.
