SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - It's October, a time where outdoor festivals start ramping up on the weekends - this weekend, Mother Nature had other plans.

FOX 10's Matt Galka is out in Scottsdale where one taco festival was not stopped by Saturday's heavy rains.
