Surprise Police say 2 people died after being struck by a driver

SURPRISE, Ariz. - Two people died after being hit by a driver in Surprise Saturday night, according to the police department.
It happened at Litchfield and Waddell roads. The victims have not been identified.
Police say the driver hasn't been charged with a crime as impairment doesn't appear to be a factor in the crash.
