Surveillance photos released in child indecency case
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Police are seeking help from the public to find a person of interest in an incident on May 13 in which a nine-year-old boy says a man entered the restroom stall he was using and touched him inappropriately. Surveillance video released on Wednesday show the person of interest pushing what appears to be a stroller.
The incident was reported at a Target store on FM 1960 West near Cutten Road at around 5 p.m. on May 13. The person of interest is described as a white or Hispanic man who stands at a height of between 5-feet 7-inches to 5-feet 10-inches tall with a medium build, according to a statement released by the Houston Police Department. The man had also worn glasses.
The boy had run out of the restroom and hid under a water fountain directly outside the restroom as his mother was inside the women's restroom. He then reported the incident to his mother.
