'Suspicious object' deemed safe at Mountain View High School
MESA, Ariz. (KSAZ) - A lockdown will be lifted at Mountain View High School after police investigated a "suspicious object" at the school on Wednesday.
The Mesa Police Department tells Fox 10 that the school was placed on lockdown after a suspicious object was located on school property. The object was determined to be safe by police at the scene.
All students and faculty were safe during the investigation and parents were notified of the lockdown.
The investigation into the suspicious item is ongoing by police.
