Vehicle goes up in flames on I-17

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - An RV went up in flames on northbound Interstate 17 near McGuireville on Sunday at about Noon, causing major delays.

Flames spread to the median, shutting down northbound I-17 at milepost 293, according the Arizona Department of Transportation. Southbound traffic was also slow

Firefighters worked to put out the flames, but there was a backup of at least three miles.
