Woman with Alzheimer's goes missing in Glendale

Glendale Police are asking the public's help to find a woman who went missing on Friday night.

56-year-old Patricia Ann Sims was last seen on Thursday night. She was staying with her son at his home near 59th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.

Police say she has a diminished mental capacity due to Alzheimer's and does not have access to a vehicle. Officers believe she may have taken off on foot. She also takes blood pressure medication.

Sims is described as five feet, seven inches tall, weighing 170 pounds with shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a leopard print top and black pants.
