Bryan Kohberger: Death penalty to be sought

Prosecutors will seek the death penalty for the man charged with killing four University of Idaho students. 28-year-old Bryan Kohberger is accused of stabbing the students to death at a rental house near campus last November. Investigators say traces of DNA found on a knife sheath inside the home where the students were killed matched Kohberger's. A not-guilty plea was entered on his behalf earlier this year.

Bryan Kohberger to face judge in court

The suspect in one of the most talked-about murder cases in recent history is set to appear in court again Monday. Bryan Kohberger is set to be arraigned just days after a grand jury indicted him in the gruesome November murders of four University of Idaho college students. Arrest documents found that his phone pinged several times near the home in the months leading up to the deaths. Kohberger is accused of killing the undergraduates in their sleep, including one young woman with ties to Avondale.
