Georgia Vietnam Vet faces new battle: Prostate cancer linked to Agent Orange

James Bamberg served in Vietnam 48 years ago. Today, the East Point, Georgia veteran is facing a new battle. He's been diagnosed with prostate cancer and type 1 diabetes, two conditions the Veterans Administration has linked to the Agent Orange, an herbicide mixture widely used during the Vietnam War.

Valley mother writes book to help discuss cancer with children

Cancer is a tough topic to talk about. It's difficult for the person diagnosed and the family members supporting the patient, especially kids who might not understand what is going on or why. A Valley mom took her experience and wrote a book in an effort to help.
