Trump speech highlights border, despite interruption

President Donald Trump's speech to a joint session of Congress was interrupted by a Texas Congressman early on, but that didn't stop him from boasting of his accomplishment on a variety of topics from a decrease in border crossings to optimism in small business. FOX 10's Kenzie Beach has more.
