Five locally-owned businesses in the Phoenix area are getting a big boost ahead of the Big Game, and these businesses are all Hispanic-owned. FOX 10's Danielle Miller reports.

The Super Bowl is expected to bring a lot of visitors to the Phoenix area, and more visitors also means more trash. There is a goal of "Zero Waste" for the big game, and a facility in Phoenix is helping to make that happen. FOX 10's Desiree Fluellen reports.

People are expected to spend millions betting on the big game, and just about everyone has a prediction, including some animals. FOX 10's Ellen McNamara reports.

Officials with the nonprofit organization Southwest Human Development are offering people a chance to get those highly sought-after tickets to the Big Game in Glendale! People can get a chance to win by buying raffle tickets from SWHD, and each ticket costs $25.

Figures from the Arizona Department of Gaming show bettors wagered $617 million for the month of November, which is a 32% increase from one year prior. It also marks the second consecutive months where over $600 million in bets were placed.

While only one team can be the Super Bowl champion, the Valley will also be a winner when it comes to generating economic activity. FOX 10?s Lauren Clark has been talking to business leaders and researchers about how will this compare to the last couple years as the Phoenix area has grown.
