Florida man gored by bison at Yellowstone National Park

The first bison attack of the year at Yellowstone National Park happened with officials say a Florida man got too close to the animal and was attacked. The man suffered minor injuries. Guests are warned to stay at least 75 feet away from all large animals. They say bison will defend their space and can run three times faster than humans.

Biscuit Basin in Yellowstone National Park is temporarily closed after a hydrothermal explosion Tuesday morning. Video posted by a park goer showed the moment the explosion occurred, sending debris and what appeared to be steam, skyward.
