It?s been just over a week since the city of Phoenix implemented a new heat safety policy by restricting access to the hardest trails in the city. On Monday, the Phoenix Fire Department rescued two hikers on Camelback Mountain who were overheating. FOX 10's Marissa Sarbak has the latest.
