57 trees planted at Phoenix park in honor of Super Bowl LVII
Each year, the symbolic Super Bowl "golden shovel" is passed from host community to the next. On Oct. 18, the shovel made its way from Los Angeles to Phoenix where volunteers planted 57 low-water desert trees at Sunridge Park in honor of Super Bowl LVII. The big game will be played at Stat Farm Stadium in Glendale on February 12, 2023.
