Memorial Day workout honors fallen soldiers
It's a workout routine one fallen Navy SEAL did on a daily basis before he made the ultimate sacrifice, and on Memorial Day, various gyms across the country, including some in the Phoenix area, are taking part in an event called Murph challenge. FOX 10's Marissa Sarbak reports.
