Child survives electric shock; police officers honored

Shocking new body camera footage are showing the moments police officers in Michigan provided life-saving medical care to an 8-year-old boy who suffered an electric shock. The officers managed to save the boy's life, and they are now being honored for what they did. Reporter Hillary Golston has more.
