Police: Suspect in custody following officer-involved shooting
Police have arrested a man after�an officer-involved shooting shut down a Valley freeway for several hours on Sunday night. According to Phoenix police, two officers were patrolling the area near 27th�and Grand Avenues when they noticed a man sitting on a hill. When the approached him, they learned he had a warrant out for his arrest and when they tried to arrest him, the suspect fought with the officers.
