3-year-old rescued after falling into west Valley canal
TOLLESON, Ariz. (KSAZ) - Emergency crews say a 3-year-old unattended child was rescued after falling into a canal in the west Valley. According to the Rural-Metro Fire Department, SRP workers were at the scene of a traffic accident near 99th Avenue and Southern when the spotted the child on the bank of the canal.
