Man arrested in connection to hit-and-run that seriously injured 12-year-old boy
GLENDALE, Ariz. (FOX 10) - Glendale police have arrested a man in connection to a hit-and-run that left a 12-year-old boy seriously injured. According to the Glendale Police Department, 44-year-old Jesse Mendoza turned himself into police Wednesday.
