Phoenix Police, MCAO to address street racing

The Phoenix Police Department's drag racing task force and the Maricopa County Attorney's Office are expected to speak at a news conference on Oct. 19 about a recent case where a 20-year-old street racer was sentenced to 10 days in jail. They will also talk about a new law that stiffens penalties for street racers.
