2-year-old girl killed in wrong-way Tempe crash

A 2-year-old girl is dead following a wrong-way crash in Tempe. Police say the teenage driver of the wrong-way vehicle said he believed he was going in the right direction prior to the crash. A woman who was driving the other vehicle suffered serious injuries. Impairment is believed to be a factor in the crash.
