4-year-old in extreme critical condition after found in an Avondale pool Saturday afternoon

AVONDALE, AZ - The Avondale Police Department is investigating a drowning call near 111th Avenue and Indian School Road Saturday afternoon.

A 4-year-old boy was pulled from a pool and transported in extreme critical condition.

When the 4-year-old was pulled from the pool he did not have a pulse.

It is unknown at this time how long the child was in the pool for.

Avondale Fire says there was no fence around the pool.
