MESA, Ariz. (FOX 10) - Crews were at the scene near Loop 202 and Val Vista after a car plunged into a canal.
The vehicle was found in the water around 2:30 a.m. on Friday.
It's unclear what led up to the incident and what happened to the driver of the car.
