Glendale Police locate family of nonverbal boy
PHOENIX - Glendale Police have located the family of a young boy after they found him without his family on Wednesday morning, and he is being safely reunited with his parents.
Police say the boy was found near 49th Avenue and Bethany Home Road, and appeared to be nonverbal with special needs.
