Grand Canyon centenary expected to bring lots of visitors to Northern Arizona

PHOENIX (FOX 10) -- Tuesday, February 26, is the 100th birthday for Grand Canyon National Park.

Grand Canyon was officially designated a national park by the Federal government on February 26, 1919. Nowadays, the park welcomes millions of visitors a year, and 2019 is expected to be very busy due to the centennial birthday. That could mean lots of business for other towns in Northern Arizona, including the town of Williams.
