It's a bird, it's a plane! It's actually four guys who are doing some good in the Charlotte community.

Iron Man, Batman and the Hulk joined forces at Levine Children's Hospital Tuesday afternoon to put some smiles on sick children's faces.

Crews dressed up as some of their favorite superheroes while washing windows at the hospital.

Those who saw the real life heroes in action on Tuesday say this is one moment their children will never forget.

"We've been at Levine's since Hunter was a 2 pound 36 week preemie, and we've always missed the superheroes. We've never seen them, so, we're really excited to see them today," Lindsay Smith said.

"It's a really good feeling inside. You feel good inside about what you're doing, helping these kids out. It's fun because we're all adults, so we get to dress up like kids, and we don't get to do that on Halloween anymore so...there was a little boy on the fourth floor. He was in a wheelchair and he was so happy to see Batman there," Dalton "Iron Man" Swarts said with Joffie Contracting.
