PHOENIX (KSAZ) - The southbound Loop 101 exit has reopened following a deadly crash in west Phoenix.
DPS says one person is dead following a single-vehicle crash that closed the exit ramp at Indian School Road. The ramp was reopened just after 8 a.m.
