Man arrested for deadly motorcycle accident

Police in Surprise have arrested a man wanted for a deadly motorcycle accident earlier this week.

It happened Tuesday at Loop 303 and Peoria.

David Falco of Surprise is charged with manslaughter. The DPS says he was driving drunk when he hit a motorcycle killing Shawn Sather. Officers say Falco's blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit and they found a bottle of vodka in his car.
