Missing Phoenix man found safe

PHOENIX - A Silver Alert has been canceled for an 80-year-old Phoenix man who had last been seen Tuesday morning.
Officials say 80-year-old Frank Murphy was found safe and in good health.
Murphy, according to officials, has a medical condition that may cause him to appear confused or disoriented.
