Phoenix fire crews battle 2 mobile home fires

PHOENIX - Phoenix fire crews responded to a double mobile home fire late Friday night near 33rd Avenue and Van Buren.

Two mobile homes were fully engulfed in flames, and two people were able to escape from the fire by the time first responders arrived.

One person was taken to the county hospital's burn unit, and the other was released after being evaluated.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
