Phoenix PD: One dead after truck hit power pole
PHOENIX - A pickup truck hit a power pole near 51st Avenue and Campbell early Sunday morning, killing the driver, Phoenix Police say.
Police say the white truck was heading northbound on 51st Avenue near Indian School Road when he veered off the street and hit the power pole. The driver was pronounced dead on scene.
He's identified as 29-year-old Anthony Fullylove Jr. He was not wearing a seat belt, police say, and speed was a factor in the crash.
