State Route 51 off-ramp at Greenway Road overpass reopens after semi rollover
PHOENIX - The off-ramp from northbound State Route 51 at the Greenway Road overpass in north Phoenix has reopened after it was closed for several hours on Oct. 26 while crews removed an overturned semi-truck.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the driver of the semi-truck was cited for failure to control the vehicle due to speed.

"The off-ramp from NB SR-51 at the Greenway Road overpass will be closed for a few hours as #AZTroopers, @ArizonaDOT & @PhoenixPolice work to unload & removed an overturned tractor-trailer that was hauling paper," DPS tweeted.
No injuries were reported.
Eastbound traffic was also restricted on Greenway Road.
