Suspect dies after being shot by Tempe police
TEMPE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - A man has died after being shot by Tempe police on Sunday night.
The Tempe Police Department tells Fox 10 that two officers responded to a call of a woman needing assistance to get her boyfriend, 34-year-old Sean Mould, off her property near the 1000 block of W. Fremont Street at 9:46 p.m.
When the two officers arrived at the home, Mould was armed with a knife and began walking towards one officer. After ignoring repeated commands by one officer to stop walking towards him, Mould was shot.
Mould was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. He died from his injuries on Monday.
