Tempe police looking for assault suspect

TEMPE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - Police are looking for a man who is wanted for allegedly trying to assault a woman. Police say a woman in her 30's was on a daily morning walk when the suspect came up behind her and tried to pull her pants down.

The suspect is described as a 20-year-old Hispanic man, 6'0," with a thin build, short-curly hair and he was last seen wearing a white shirt and red shorts.

Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. A nearby school was also placed on lockdown for a brief time while officers searched.
