Two people shot at party early Saturday

PHOENIX - Police are searching for a suspect after two people were shot near 63rd Avenue and Osborn on Saturday morning.

First responders arrived on scene a little after 2am after receiving 911 calls about the double shooting. Officers say two men were shot after some sort of argument broke out at a party.

Police say one man was found shot several times in the middle of the road. The man was pronounced dead on the scene. The second victim showed up at a nearby hospital with a gunshot wound, and that man is listed in critical condition.

Police officers remain on scene gathering evidence for their investigation. A suspect description has not been released.
