Yoga instructor accused of sexual assault takes the stand in court

A valley woman accused of having sexual relations with a boy less than half her age took the stand at her trial on Tuesday.

It was an interesting day in court. 33-year-old Lindsey Radomski is facing 18 counts, most of them sexual in nature that all stem from this one night back on March 21, 2015. A night she went to a Bar Mitzvah at her boss' home.

She took the stand and it's the first time we heard from her in this five-week long trial at Scottsdale City Court.

The boss at the yoga studio where Radomski worked recently paid for her to undergo breast augmentation surgery. Radomski says during the night of the Bar Mitzvah, she had several shots of vodka, tequila and drank wine. She knew when she lifted her shirt and flashed her breasts twice that there were boys there -- about seven of them are involved in this case.

Radomski became tearful and said it was, "The most obscene moment of her life," in court.

Later, after many guests had left, Radomski allegedly let the boys touch her breasts and fondle her.

A Maricopa County grand jury did get this case and did not indict, however Scottsdale City Court did, and they are pursuing charges, such as public sexually indecency and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Radomski could face a sentence that runs several months.

Closing arguments are expected on Wednesday.

"I have been covering trials in the valley for 30-plus years.. never in all of my days have I seen the arguing and bickering that we saw today in this case between the Scottsdale City Attorney, her name is Karen Close, and Lindsey Radomski's attorney, Jocquese Blackwell," said FOX 10's Linda Williams.

There was actually a point where Blackwell and Close, the two opposing attorneys, were pulling back and forth with a huge pad, arguing over who got to write on the big easel that was being used in a display in front of the jury -- a literal tug of war.

People in the court room laughed uncomfortably because decorum was out the window. It has been a very strange and contentious case so far, especially when you throw what is going on between the two attorneys.
