The ongoing U.S. government shutdown continues to hit air travel hard. At Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport alone, there are 400 delays and 85 cancellations scheduled for Nov. 10. Nationwide, over 7,000 flight delays and around 2,000 cancellations were reported on Nov. 9.
