45+ animals rescued from southern AZ fire

More than 45 animals were saved from a fire in southern Arizona. The Drexel Heights Fire District says the building housed dozens of reptiles. Firefighters were able to quickly control the flames and run in to save the animals.

Cats rescued from Prescott Valley house fire

Two cats had to be rescued from a burning mobile home in Prescott Valley over the weekend. It happened Sunday just before 4:30 p.m. Crews say the cats were trapped inside when they arrived, but firefighters were able to get them out safely. The cats were thankfully OK.

Dog rescued from Yavapai County house fire

Dramatic new video shows deputies rescuing a dog from a Yavapai County house fire. It happened Sunday night in Cordes Lakes. The deputy saw the flames while on patrol and quickly arrived to check on the homeowner. He then ran in finding a dog in a kennel. He was able to use a bolt cutter to rescue the dog.

Hunkapi Programs rescues horses from CA fires

A Valley farm has taken in three horses who lost their home in the Los Angeles County fires. Eventually, they will need to find a more permanent place. FOX 10's Dominique Newland explains.
