Mesa family recovering after being stabbed in their sleep
The family who was stabbed by 22-year-old Tucker Dorn says the mother remains in the hospital, while her two teenage daughters are back home, after Dorn broke into their Mesa home, climbed on top of her 16-year-old daughter, and began stabbing her in the neck and hand. The mom rushed to help with a hammer, but she was also stabbed in the face, arms, and legs.

A Valley man, Cleophus Cooksey Jr., is accused of murdering eight people, including his mother and stepfather in 2017. The five-month trial is now in the hands of the jury, and if convicted, Cooksey could face the death penalty.
